Consider the fitting while choosing the size of gloves. Small and medium gloves are usually suitable for women while men use large gloves. Choose the weight of the gloves depending on the activity for which you need them. 8 oz gloves are suitable for professional boxers if their body weight is 147 pounds or less. If their body weight is more than 147 pounds, 10 oz gloves are suitable for them. 12 oz gloves are perfect for women during training.

Generally, a good pair of gloves for women is the one which feels comfortable and fits the wrists and fingers comfortably without feeling too tight as you are forcing your hand into it. Gloves stretch with the time and therefore, it should be little tight while buying. Don’t forget to wear wraps before trying gloves. Otherwise they may become tight.
